We went to install the lamp in Italy and they did everything possible to make it as easy as possible for us. Other light covers were even supplied for better lighting.

I now own two fan lamps. The first lamp I bought turned out to wobble. Looked at it for a while but didn't feel safe. After contacting me and testing it out, I received a new module. Then immediately ordered the second lamp (gen2). The new module turned out to be the solution and I even received the gen2 instead of the older model.

Very happy with this service, they also respond quickly. Now I can fully enjoy a fresh breeze in my sleep and living room. Don't hesitate, just do it!

Beautiful lamp with fan. However, it was not clear to me that there was already a lamp in the fan, so I ordered an additional lamp, after all, that was the suggestion from the website. Assembling the lamp was indeed simple, but still a lot of work. Good quality. Lamp not hung yet, but we will do that soon!
