Our modular designs and smart lighting features are built to provide a seamless and inspiring user experience. To ensure your confidence in our products, we offer a limited warranty covering manufacturing-related defects.
Please read the following terms to understand what is covered, what is not covered, and how to request a repair.
1. Warranty Period
We offer a 3-month limited warranty from the date of delivery.
This warranty applies to products purchased directly from our official websites (innofique.com or innofiqueus.com) and covers manufacturing defects that impair the intended functionality or structural integrity of the product.
2. What Is Covered
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, including but not limited to:
- Malfunctioning LED modules or integrated drivers
- Faulty dimming or smart sensor functionality (if applicable)
- Structural defects in the product frame or mounting system
- Issues with the lamp shade or diffuser due to manufacturing faults (e.g., misalignment, loose parts)
- Loose or misfitted electrical connectors within sealed components
If your issue falls under this category, we will provide free repair or replacement of the defective component.
3. What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover the following:
- Normal wear and tear (e.g., slight fading, surface scuffs)
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or neglect (e.g., dropping, over-tightening, improper installation)
- Exposure to extreme heat, humidity, or corrosive environments
- Alteration or tampering with the wiring, components, or modular assembly
- Damages from power surges or electrical misuse
- Cosmetic issues that do not affect product performance (e.g., minor scratches, color inconsistencies)
- Third-party modifications or repairs performed without our authorization
Note: LED lifespan degradation over time is expected and not considered a defect.
4. Warranty Terms
4.1 Repairs During the Warranty Period
- If a manufacturing defect occurs during the 3-month warranty period, we will cover the full cost of repairs or offer a replacement at our discretion.
- Shipping Fees: If the issue is confirmed to be a manufacturing fault, we will cover all round-trip shipping costs. If the issue is not covered, the customer is responsible for all shipping expenses.
4.2 Repairs After the Warranty Period
- Repairs requested after the warranty period will incur service charges based on the nature of the repair.
- Customers are responsible for both repair and shipping costs.
- We will provide a repair quote before any service begins.
5. How to Request a Repair
If your Innofique product requires repair, please follow these steps:
1. Contact Us:

- Your order number.
- A detailed description of the issue.
- Clear photos of the damaged area and the overall product.
2. Warranty Evaluation: Once we receive your request, our team will review your claim to determine if the issue is covered under warranty.
3. Shipping Instructions: If the repair is approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the product to our repair facility. Please use a secure shipping method with tracking to ensure your item arrives safely.
4. Repair Timeline: Repairs typically take 1–3 weeks to complete, depending on the complexity of the repair and the availability of replacement parts.
6. Post-Warranty Repair Services
We recognize that Innofique lighting products are long-term components of your living space. To support their longevity, we offer post-warranty repair services designed to restore functionality and extend product lifespan even after the warranty period has expired.
Post-warranty repair services are subject to the following conditions:
- A repair fee will be charged based on the scope of labor and replacement components required.
- Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, including sending the item to our designated repair facility and return shipping.
- Repairs are limited to issues that are technically feasible and parts that are available at the time of the request.

Our team will evaluate your request and provide an estimated cost and timeline. Please note that initiating a repair inquiry does not guarantee service availability.
7. Limitations and Disclaimers
To maintain transparency, please carefully review the following limitations and disclaimers related to our product use, warranty scope, and responsibilities:
- Natural Aging & Patina: Our lighting products often incorporate natural materials such as bamboo, wood, or metal. Minor variations in grain, color, softening, and surface texture are expected over time and reflect the organic nature of the materials. These are not considered defects or grounds for repair or return.
- Environmental Conditions: Exposure to excessive humidity, direct sunlight, improper voltage use, or incompatible smart home systems may lead to accelerated wear or functional issues. Such conditions are excluded from warranty and repair coverage.
- Unauthorized Modifications or Repairs: Any structural or electrical modifications, disassembly, or attempted repairs conducted by third-party providers without prior written authorization from Innofique will result in the immediate voiding of all warranties and post-warranty service eligibility.
- Shipping Responsibility: Customers are solely responsible for ensuring the secure packaging and tracked shipment of any items sent for inspection or repair. Innofique is not liable for loss, theft, or damage that occurs during transit to our repair facility. We strongly recommend using insured and trackable shipping services.
- Force Majeure: Innofique shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, shipping disruptions, regulatory changes, or supply shortages.
