Where does Innofique ship to?
We currently ship to most countries worldwide.
Customers in the European Union will be served via innofique.com, while all other regions, including the United States, are served through innofiqueus.com.
How long will it take to process and ship my order?
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Shipping times vary by location:
United States: 5–10 business days
EU countries: 3–7 business days
Other international locations: 7–15 business days

Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Yes. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original condition and packaging.

What does the Innofique warranty cover?
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.
This includes issues like electrical malfunction, structural damage unrelated to user misuse, and faulty components.
The warranty does not cover:

- Unauthorized repairs
Do you offer repairs after the warranty period?
Yes, we provide post-warranty repair services for eligible products.
You’ll be responsible for:

Can I install the lighting myself, or should I hire a professional?
Some of our lights are designed for easy self-installation, especially plug-in models.
However, for hardwired or ceiling-mounted lights, we strongly recommend hiring a licensed electrician to ensure safety and compliance with local electrical codes.
What materials are used in Innofique products?
We use a combination of natural materials such as bamboo, wood, aluminum, and matte metals, in line with our commitment to sustainability and minimalism.
Please note that slight variations in color, grain, or surface texture are normal and part of the design intent.
Will the light color or tone match what I see online?
We strive to represent product colors as accurately as possible. However, due to differences in screen display settings and ambient lighting, actual light color or tone may appear slightly different in person.
If you have specific color or temperature requirements, feel free to contact us before purchasing.
What happens if my return package is lost during transit?
Customers are responsible for the safe return of items.
We strongly recommend using tracked and insured shipping services for returns.
Innofique is not liable for packages lost or damaged during return transit.
